KO Photography agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the services section & as discussed with the client.

Payments are non refundable and due in full at the time of booking or under the payment terms specified by the photographer at the time of booking.

In the event of any additional services, charges, or products requested ny the Client beyond the initial agreement, these will be invoiced separately and must be paid when invoiced or as specified by KO Photography.

The Client may cancel or reschedule the photography session by providing at least a 48-hour notice to KO Photography. If the client cancels 48-hours in advance, he/she may receive a full refund.

If KO Photography must cancel the session for any reason, a full refund of any payments made by the Client will be issued, and the photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.

KO Photography will provide the client with high-resolution digital images within 14 days after the photography session or event unless otherwise specified by the Photographer.

The Client is granted personal use rights to the images for non-commercial purposes, including printing and sharing with friends and family.

KO Photography retains copyright ownership of all images and may use them for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the Client.

KO Photography or its photographer are not responsible for any injuries or damage incurred during the photography sessions.

The Client acknowledges that the success of the photography session depends on the cooperation and support of all parties involved. KO Photography will make every reasonable effort to capture high-quality images but relies on the active participation and engagement of the individuals beingg photographed.

In the case of photographing children, infants, or babies, the Client or a responsible family members or guardian, is expected to be present and provide assistance as needed to ensure the safety & comfort of the baby.

The client understands that punctuality is crucial to the success of the photo session. Any delays caused by the Client or family members may affect the duration and quality of the session.
