KO Photography will provide photography services as agreed upon with the Client upon in a project proposal or written agreement. 

The Photographer retains all rights to the images captured during the Services, unless otherwise specified in writing. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for commercial purposes including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and promotional materials.

The Client agrees to pay KO Photography the agreed-upon fees for the Services as specified in the project proposal.

Payment shall be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the Photographer's services, with the balance due upon completion of the project.

In the event of project cancellation by the Client, any deposits of payments made to the Photographer are non-refundable.

The Client may request to reschedule the Services, subject to the Photographer's availability.

The Photographer will take reasonable care in providing the Services but it not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused due the shoot or related to the use of the images.
